Location: Hybrid in Montreal, Canada (3 days a week in office)

What you will do
- Lead the global controllership, revenue, AR, and AP functions to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Account for the integrity of all financial statements and external regulatory filings in accordance with IFRS.
- Manage the relationship with external auditors and present findings directly to the Audit Committee of the Board.
- Define and ensure compliance of global IFRS 15 policies for complex revenue streams.
- Optimize global order-to-cash (O2C) and procure-to-pay processes to improve working capital and efficiency.
- Direct the Finance Transformation team to implement automation and reduce manual workloads in the close cycle.
Requirements
- CPA (or equivalent) designation is required.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with 8+ years in management and 5+ years in a Senior Director or Head role.
- Proven experience owning the controllership function within a large, multi-national public company.
- Expert-level knowledge of IFRS and SOX compliance.
- Fluency in English is required as a working language for global collaboration.
- Must be able to work from the Montreal office 3 days a week.
