What you will do

• Manage all facets of the mass appraisal process, including desktop and final value reviews, data entry, and statistical analysis.
• Partner with data and statistics teams to develop valuation parameters and database update guidance.
• Lead informal and formal hearings, interacting professionally with taxpayers.
• Train and oversee junior staff members to ensure project quality.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, public stakeholders, and internal personnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Appraisal and/or Project Management.
• Experience working with CAMA or similar Appraisal systems.
• High attention to detail and proactive stakeholder management.
• Ability to perform occasional travel throughout Ohio.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing client and taxpayer relations.
