TL;DR
Head of Product (HealthTech/AI): Leading the transformation of a service-led business into a scalable, SaaS-enabled, AI-driven platform with an accent on product strategy, roadmap execution, and billing automation. Focus on building an AI-powered Billing Bot and scaling the product function from a player-coach role to executive leadership.
Location: Must be based in Canada; hybrid model for candidates in the GTA (two days per week in the Toronto office) or fully remote within Canada.

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end product strategy and transformation from a service-led model to a SaaS-enabled platform.
- Own the product roadmap, translating billing and operational expertise into repeatable, revenue-generating solutions.
- Direct the development and scaling of an AI-powered Billing Bot to automate core workflows like claims processing and reconciliation.
- Manage and mentor a Junior Product Manager, with the goal of building and scaling the product team.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, AI, and Sales to influence pricing, packaging, and growth strategies.
- Establish operational rigor through the implementation of metrics, SLAs, and scalable delivery workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading SaaS product transformations and taking products to market with measurable results.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and build structured processes where they do not yet exist.
- Strong team leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring high-impact teams.
- Technical and analytical fluency with modern product tools and experience leveraging AI or automation for scalability.
- Must be located in Canada.
