Location: Hybrid (North York, Canada) — 8 days/month in office

Salary: $70,600.00 - $112,975.00 CAD

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and strategy for the Professional Audit workflow SaaS platform.
• Drive the development of new offerings from 0-1 to achieve clear business and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality, AI-enabled features.
• Utilize quantitative metrics and qualitative insights to diagnose issues and iterate solutions.
• Partner with Go-To-Market teams to ensure successful product launches and revenue growth.
• Identify and implement AI/LLM capabilities to improve user experience and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in North York, Canada.
• 5+ years of Product Management or Founder experience, ideally in fast-scaling startups.
• Deep intuition for the capabilities and limitations of LLMs and AI.
• Proven ability to scale B2B products with significant business impact.
• Bachelor’s degree; Computer Science or Software Engineering degree preferred.
• Domain experience in Audit, Tax, or Accounting is preferred.
