Senior Product Manager (Medtech)

Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 CAD per year + 12.5% performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of applications and services enabling high-quality, coordinated, and cost-effective care settings.
• Own the development of EHR-integrated functionality and wraparound services, including care planning and risk stratification.
• Conduct in-depth analysis for orders, tasks management, and associate service documentation solutions.
• Prioritize product investments and trade-offs using data-driven analysis to maximize ROI.
• Liaise with Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches.
• Evangelize the product strategy and roadmap to executive stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the healthcare space.
• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Computer Science, IT, or a healthcare-related field.
• Proven track record of managing commercial software products through the entire lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Exposure to AI tools and a desire to leverage them to enhance user experience.
