TL;DR

Outbound Product Manager (Medtech): Driving the commercialization and market success of strategic health tech products with an accent on go-to-market (GTM) execution and product adoption. Focus on defining positioning, enabling sales teams, and gathering customer insights to optimize product-market fit.

Location: Remote within Canada or Mississauga; travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices is required for onboarding and team events.

Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 CAD per year + 10% bonus

What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new products and strategic initiatives.
  • Define product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM readiness across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Support.
  • Drive structured beta programs and customer validation efforts to ensure commercial viability.
  • Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and revenue performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the commercialization lead for high-value deals and executive engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or GTM roles within enterprise software or healthcare technology.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting adoption and market performance data.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience commercializing enterprise SaaS or AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success teams.
  • Healthcare or post-acute industry experience.
  • MBA or equivalent business experience.
