Location: Remote (United States). Excluded states: Delaware, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Hawaii, New Mexico, and West Virginia.

Salary: $185k – $250k annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end negotiation and drafting of complex commercial, API, data, and vendor agreements.
• Partner with GTM, product, marketing, and security teams to assess risks and drive efficient solutions.
• Design and implement AI-enabled legal workflows to improve speed, consistency, and scale.
• Advise on the legal aspects of AI, data usage, and automation to operationalize responsible AI practices.
• Provide senior leadership with decisive guidance on legal and regulatory risks.
• Identify emerging regulatory challenges and develop preemptive strategies.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in leading complex commercial negotiations within a technology or SaaS company.
• Proven track record of independently closing high-stakes commercial deals.
• Experience providing business-oriented counsel to product and technology teams.
• Working knowledge of at least two areas: marketing, intellectual property, or privacy law.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for legal operations, contract review, and research.
• Must be based in the US (excluding the aforementioned states).
