What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support Infrastructure/DevOps engineers, fostering growth and sustainable workloads
• Own team planning and delivery, ensuring clear priorities, met commitments, and defined ownership
• Drive system reliability, incident response, and post-incident improvements
• Provide technical oversight through design reviews, architectural guidance, and trade-off navigation
• Maintain and evolve documentation, runbooks, and operational standards
• Act as primary accountability point with cross-functional teams to enable organization-wide infrastructure work

Requirements

• Experience managing engineers in a people leadership role
• Background in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Hands-on experience operating production systems in AWS
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, and containerized systems
• Experience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform
• Comfort leading teams through incidents and operational challenges
