Salary: $10–$20/hr + commission

What you will do

  • Execute high-velocity outbound outreach using cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate qualified discovery calls.
  • Research and map complex enterprise organizations to identify and reach key stakeholders such as VPs of Operations and C-level executives.
  • Qualify prospects based on pain points, budget, and authority before transitioning them to Account Executives.
  • Personalize outreach at scale while maintaining a high volume of daily activities.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Maintain strict CRM hygiene and accurate logging of all prospect interactions.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity metrics and qualified meeting quotas.
  • Comfortable making 50+ cold calls per day and handling rejection professionally.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for concise, action-oriented outreach.
  • Must be based in Latam, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, or South Africa.

Nice to have

  • Experience in retail tech, physical security, or loss prevention.
  • Experience targeting the US Grocery or Convenience Store market.
  • Background in a high-growth startup environment.
