TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (SaaS Sales): Drive sales and growth objectives for Fire/EMS agencies across assigned territory with an accent on full-cycle sales, prospecting key decision makers, and closing multi-year deals. Focus on qualifying needs, demonstrating solutions, pipeline management, and building relationships to exceed quotas.

Location: 100% remote anywhere in the US, following Remote Work Policy; up to 25% travel required

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 USD + bonus + benefits

What you will do

  • Achieve or exceed annual sales quota through full-cycle sales management from lead qualification to closing transactional and multi-year deals
  • Prospect into Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs, and Data Managers using outbound/inbound approaches to meet activity goals
  • Facilitate sales meetings, demonstrate solutions, and articulate value proposition to create urgency and advance deals
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline hygiene in CRM/Gong, and provide territory reports
  • Build relationships, collaborate with stakeholders, oversee RFP/contracting, and stay informed on industry trends
  • Travel to tradeshows, events, or onsite meetings as required

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Proven full-cycle sales experience, preferably in public safety/healthcare or SaaS
  • Strong communication, presentation, influence, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Track record managing territory with strategic prospecting; experience with Sandler Selling or similar methodology
  • Technical aptitude for MS Office, CRM, Gong; analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with time management in fast-paced environment; ability to travel up to 25%
