Senior Implementation Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; hybrid work model with up to 40% travel, including international travel.

Base salary: $84,500–$113,000 per year, plus potential variable pay and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of complex customer software implementation projects from onboarding through go-live and early adoption.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, governance structures, steering committees, risks, and escalation paths.
• Act as the primary contact for customer stakeholders and executive sponsors, communicating status, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
• Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions to align SaaS and RaaS capabilities with customer goals, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Improve implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects, ideally including outcomes-based or RaaS delivery models.
• Proven success delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and SaaS delivery methodologies.
• Experience aligning solution capabilities with customer business needs, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar.

• PMP, Scrum, or another project management certification.
