Systems Integrator - Scrum Master

Location: Chantilly, Virginia, United States; onsite only, with no remote or telework allowed

Salary: $138,295.88–$240,469.70 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Support the Product Owner with product backlog management and move requirements through change management and governance processes.
• Remove blockers, protect the team from external interruptions, and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders.
• Document meetings, engineering reviews, design reviews, technical exchange meetings, and working groups.
• Support functional analysis, requirements allocation, interface definition, timeline analysis, cost estimation, and systems solution development.

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
• Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
• Knowledge of engineering science, systems analysis, data modeling, risk analysis, and performance measurement.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to identify complex problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience working on software development teams and coordinating with engineers, analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and senior management.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira.
• Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master.
