What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for employers with 500–4,999 employees, from prospecting to contract execution.
- Build a robust pipeline through brokers, consultants, and direct channels.
- Deliver consultative presentations to HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards leaders.
- Collaborate with sales engineering, product, and clinical teams to design tailored customer solutions.
- Drive first-year success metrics, focusing on adoption and program design quality.
- Manage account expansion by converting pilots or adding new employee groups.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically in health benefits, digital health, or employee wellbeing.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in mid-market sales.
- Experience selling directly to HR, Total Rewards, and benefits consultants.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong consultative and solution-oriented sales skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-scaling environment.
