What you will do
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Executives to ensure professional growth and consistent quota performance.
- Act as a player-coach by maintaining an active sales pipeline and modeling best-in-class selling behaviors.
- Lead pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and performance check-ins.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to execute GTM motions and influence the product roadmap.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new AEs to ensure successful ramp-up.
- Codify best practices and optimize sales processes in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements
- 5β7+ years of B2B SaaS/PaaS/IaaS sales experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing Account Executives.
- Proven track record of exceeding team quota targets in high-velocity environments.
- Strong proficiency in SFDC and data-driven pipeline management.
- Ability to communicate technical developer infrastructure concepts fluently.
- Must be based in the USA.

- Experience scaling enablement programs in Series BβD hypergrowth startups.
- Familiarity with blockchain nodes, infrastructure management, or developer tools.
- Experience leading teams through new GTM and Product rollouts.
