What you will do

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Executives to ensure professional growth and consistent quota performance.
  • Act as a player-coach by maintaining an active sales pipeline and modeling best-in-class selling behaviors.
  • Lead pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and performance check-ins.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to execute GTM motions and influence the product roadmap.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new AEs to ensure successful ramp-up.
  • Codify best practices and optimize sales processes in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of B2B SaaS/PaaS/IaaS sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing Account Executives.
  • Proven track record of exceeding team quota targets in high-velocity environments.
  • Strong proficiency in SFDC and data-driven pipeline management.
  • Ability to communicate technical developer infrastructure concepts fluently.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling enablement programs in Series B–D hypergrowth startups.
  • Familiarity with blockchain nodes, infrastructure management, or developer tools.
  • Experience leading teams through new GTM and Product rollouts.
