Salary: $155,000 – $185,000 (Base) + Commission (50/50 OTE) + Equity

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Commercial Account Executives to exceed quotas.
- Drive new logo acquisition and identify strategic expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage consultative sales cycles with compliance, legal, risk management, and executive leadership stakeholders.
- Develop strategic business plans and maintain deep expertise in blockchain technology and global regulatory landscapes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Execute recruiting and onboarding strategies to scale the commercial sales team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 1–3+ years in sales leadership managing SMB, Mid-Market, or Commercial teams.
- Strong crypto and blockchain domain expertise with a track record of selling to risk or legal teams.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as AML, KYC, FATF, MiCA, and FinCEN.
- Proven success in exceeding ARR targets and driving new logo wins.
- Must be based in the USA.

- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, or Salesloft.
