What you will do

• Become an expert on hirify.global’s platform, APIs, and integrations.
• Serve as technical lead and main contact for partners pre- and post-sale.
• Partner with sales to design solutions, share best practices, and create sales collateral.
• Synthesize customer requirements into documented designs for internal teams.
• Collaborate on smooth implementations and provide technical support.
• Share customer feedback with product teams and evangelize new features.

Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing solutions engineering, technical sales, or consulting at a SaaS fintech company
• Excellent knowledge of web services, APIs, HTTP, REST, and web architecture
• Experience with SQL, Javascript, Python, and/or Golang
• Domain expertise in FIX protocol, brokerage operations, or trading environments
• Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• Knowledge of digital assets, asset settlement, lending, yield, and DeFi products
