Location: Ra-anana, Israel (Hybrid - in office 3 times per week)

What you will do
- Manage inbound lead flow and execute strategic outbound prospecting initiatives.
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations with targeted Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
- Research accounts to identify key players and create compelling events to generate interest.
- Collaborate with Field and Digital Marketing teams to drive attendance at regional events.
- Track and report all activities and results using Salesforce.
- Act as a mentor for new SDR/BDR hires to help them navigate key accounts.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Ra-anana, Israel
- English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency required
- 2+ years of professional work experience.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Salesloft (or similar products).
- Strong phone, listening, and writing skills with a determined personality.
- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the tech industry.
- Experience in sales development, marketing, or sales.
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting.
