TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Software): Generating qualified meetings and opportunities through inbound lead management and outbound prospecting with an accent on target account research and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on conducting high-level discovery conversations, leveraging Salesforce and Salesloft, and driving regional marketing event attendance.

Location: Ra-anana, Israel (Hybrid - in office 3 times per week)

What you will do

  • Manage inbound lead flow and execute strategic outbound prospecting initiatives.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with targeted Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
  • Research accounts to identify key players and create compelling events to generate interest.
  • Collaborate with Field and Digital Marketing teams to drive attendance at regional events.
  • Track and report all activities and results using Salesforce.
  • Act as a mentor for new SDR/BDR hires to help them navigate key accounts.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Ra-anana, Israel
  • English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency required
  • 2+ years of professional work experience.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and Salesloft (or similar products).
  • Strong phone, listening, and writing skills with a determined personality.
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the tech industry.
  • Experience in sales development, marketing, or sales.
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting.
