What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distribution and channel partners.
  • Drive sales growth and revenue performance by maximizing partner engagement and retention.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to closing.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Create territory and account plans to achieve client goals and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on strategy and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Sweden
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales.
  • Knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology Service Provider (TSP), and Security industries.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Nordic languages.
