What you will do

• Strategically target accounts and decide market presence for impactful B2B experiences.
• Build and implement marketing programs including hosted events, conferences, and internal events.
• Own event scheduling, logistics, sponsorships, budgeting, production, invitations, and vendor contracts.
• Maintain event documents, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Cultivate relationships with internal teams, sales, vendors, and associations for promotion and penetration.
• Analyze event performance with data, reports, sales feedback, and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• 3+ years B2B marketing with event planning, budgeting, and hosted experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality or similar
• Proficiency in evolving campaigns based on performance data, sales feedback, and business knowledge
• Exceptional customer service skills to engage diverse audiences
• Ability to travel 30% for onsite event management
• Hybrid in-office requirement in Austin, Chicago, DC, or NYC
