What you will do

• Support the delivery of a programme of client events and industry conferences.
• Coordinate high-end client events, including guest management and logistics.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, venues, and external event partners.
• Support sponsorship activations and partner deliverables around events.
• Take ownership of event logistics, timelines, budgets, and post-event reporting.

Requirements

• Experience supporting the delivery of events, either in-house or agency side.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
