Salary: $33 per hour + $1.00 shift differential + 5% target quarterly bonus

What you will do

• Coordinate and execute maintenance and troubleshooting on hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic MHE equipment.
• Operate power tools and instrument test equipment to install and maintain facility machinery safely.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for operational teams on the correct use of equipment.
• Manage critical spare parts inventory utilizing CMMS.
• Mentor other technicians and oversee external contractors during escalations.
• Perform safety inspections and audits to maintain a healthy work environment.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to commute to Waddell, Arizona, United States.
• 2+ years of experience with Material Handling Equipment, specifically automation, conveyance, and robotics.
• Multi-skilled expertise in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Knowledge of PLC-based control systems and experience using CMMS.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements such as OSHA and NFPA70.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
