Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Salary: $24.18 - $32 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of support equipment and machines.
• Execute technical calibrations utilizing basic measuring equipment.
• Install, start-up, and shut down equipment following LOTO and OSHA safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with Engineering to identify reliability improvements.
• Design and fabricate parts to enhance machine performance.
• Execute experiments to determine the root cause of build failures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical degree in industrial maintenance or electrical technology preferred.
• 1+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Basic electrical knowledge up to 480V, including experience with motors, starters, relays, and VFDs.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and basic PLC ladder logic.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status (ITAR compliance).

Nice to have

• Prior experience with CNC machines.
