TL;DR

HR Employee Support Generalist (HR Operations): Managing level 1 HR inquiries and providing first-point-of-contact support for employees and managers with an accent on service delivery and HRIS management. Focus on resolving payroll, compensation, and L&D queries while optimizing HRMS processes.

Location: Hybrid - Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite

Salary: $23.00–$26.00 Hourly

What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for all US-based HR inquiries via voice, email, and walk-ins.
  • Resolve Level 1 HR issues across disciplines including payroll, compensation, and learning and development.
  • Support HRMS processes and updates, identifying opportunities for service delivery improvement.
  • Utilize Case Management Systems and Knowledgebases to provide accurate and timely responses.
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, HR support, or call center environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., Workday) and SharePoint.
  • Must be based in the Buffalo, NY area.
  • Availability to work rotating schedules ending at 7 PM ET.
