Senior Human Resources Coordinator

TL;DR

Senior Human Resources Coordinator (Medtech): Coordinating day-to-day HR operational functions across the employee life cycle with an accent on onboarding, records management, and compliance in a regulated industry. Location: Onsite in Alameda, CA. Willingness and ability to work on site required.

Base Pay Range Per Hour: $28.00 – $42.00

What you will do

• Provide customer service by responding to employee inquiries via ticket system and assigning to experts.
• Conduct new employee orientations, process onboarding documents including I-9s, and assist with benefits and timekeeping.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files.
• Coordinate credentialing processes including agency accounts, employee requirements, insurance, and workers’ compensation.
• Create and update SOPs, HR guides, presentations, reports, and intranet content.
• Participate in HR projects, records management, audits, and adhere to quality management systems.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with 4+ years of related administrative experience or equivalent.
• Customer service oriented with positive mindset and strong communication skills across cultures and levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Organized, able to prioritize in fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, and solve problems resourcefully.
• Ability to work onsite in general office environment; must be stationary for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous HR experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industry.
