What you will do

• Maintain timely collections of cash from customers to meet KPI targets.
• Manage and resolve blocked orders quickly and effectively.
• Utilize GETPAID to complete workflow actions with accurate documentation.
• Prepare accounts for pre-legal action and maintain documentation for management reviews.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure rapid resolution of customer disputes.
• Assist the EFC team with the allocation of cash and BACS receipts.

Requirements

• Fluency in French or Dutch is essential.
• Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, focused, and numerically proficient.
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
• Must be able to work from the Bradford, GB office.
