What you will do

• Raise department requisitions and manage POs for suppliers.
• Submit and code invoices for non-PO suppliers.
• Create and analyze monthly finance MI packs for all cost centers.
• Collaborate with project managers to track project budgets and spend.
• Produce monthly department accruals and assist with annual carbon reporting.
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve payment and invoice queries.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing department budgets and finance tasks.
• Detailed understanding of finance processes and procedures.
• Strong ability to extract, interpret, and analyze financial data.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and 3rd party suppliers.
