What you will do

• Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing business challenges and alignment with the product.
• Coordinate and schedule product demos for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
• Nurture prospects through regular follow-ups, sharing case studies and industry insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine target segments and messaging.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and report on lead generation metrics within the CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of business development or sales experience in Life Sciences or Consumer Health industries.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales tech stacks.
• Must be based in Canada or Europe.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
