TL;DR

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: CA$65,000 – CA$100,000 OTE

hirify.global is an AI copilot for transactional lawyers that helps legal teams draft, review, and negotiate contracts significantly faster and with greater precision.

What you will do

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities using calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Maintain high daily activity levels, including cold calls and strategic outreach.
  • Set qualified appointments for the mid-market and enterprise sales teams.
  • Track all activities in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with the BDR Manager to refine talk tracks, email sequences, and lead generation channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools like Outreach or SalesLoft.
  • Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Experience working in a startup or building a new sales motion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
