TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Partner (HR/Recruiting): Managing full-cycle recruitment for Go-To-Market and corporate teams with an accent on building diverse talent pipelines and stakeholder management. Focus on sourcing high-impact roles in Sales, Marketing, and Finance and optimizing the candidate experience.
Location: Hybrid in Maple Plain, MN (Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Only open to U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders) or foreign nationals granted refugee or asylee status due to ITAR regulations.
Salary: $67,400 - $89,800 a year

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams.
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and engage high-quality, diverse talent.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on workforce planning, market insights, and hiring priorities.
- Build proactive talent pipelines using social media, professional networks, university programs, and internal referrals.
- Manage the end-to-end process from initial screening and structured interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Strengthen the employer brand by representing the company at career fairs and partnering with community organizations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (individuals with temporary visas are not eligible).
- Experience partnering closely with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on talent strategy.
- Proven track record of owning recruiting strategies from intake through successful close.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern direct sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for B2B Sales or other Go-To-Market roles.
- A combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience.
- Experience with Lever ATS.
- Advanced LinkedIn Sourcing skills.
