Salary: $115,000 – $130,000

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to strategize recruiting efforts and define hiring needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for critical technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and initial interviews.
• Build and maintain long-term pipelines of high-caliber technical talent.
• Develop and execute closing strategies to ensure candidates have the information needed to make the best decision.
• Act as a company expert to inform candidates about IXL's products, positions, and culture.
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience regardless of the outcome.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven expertise in sourcing quality candidates using a variety of strategies and platforms.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong communication skills and ability to cultivate stakeholder relationships.
• Location: Must be based in San Mateo, CA.
