What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations for corporate cards and expense programs, providing employee support and ensuring policy adherence.
- Provide tactical oversight for the BPO team, tracking SLAs and driving corrective actions for performance gaps.
- Coordinate executive aviation services, managing vendor relationships and scheduling logistics for senior leadership.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, report on KPIs, and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with Program Managers to implement process automation and operational improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Travel, Expense, Corporate Card, or Financial Operations.
- Background in finance operations, shared services, or a control-focused environment.
- Strong experience in operational governance, including SLAs and workflow documentation.
- Must be based in one of the 50 United States.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and drive accountability across partners.
Nice to have
- Experience governing BPO/outsourced operations and managing quality controls.
- Experience with Workday Expense, CTM, ServiceNow, JP Morgan Chase PaymentNet, or Ramp.
- Experience building SOPs and audit artifacts.
