What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day operations for corporate cards and expense programs, providing employee support and ensuring policy adherence.
  • Provide tactical oversight for the BPO team, tracking SLAs and driving corrective actions for performance gaps.
  • Coordinate executive aviation services, managing vendor relationships and scheduling logistics for senior leadership.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation, report on KPIs, and ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to implement process automation and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Travel, Expense, Corporate Card, or Financial Operations.
  • Background in finance operations, shared services, or a control-focused environment.
  • Strong experience in operational governance, including SLAs and workflow documentation.
  • Must be based in one of the 50 United States.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and drive accountability across partners.

Nice to have

  • Experience governing BPO/outsourced operations and managing quality controls.
  • Experience with Workday Expense, CTM, ServiceNow, JP Morgan Chase PaymentNet, or Ramp.
  • Experience building SOPs and audit artifacts.
