Global Accounts Payable Specialist (Fintech)

Salary: zł110,900 - zł140,300 per year

What you will do

• Process AP invoices accurately using procure-to-pay software and accounting systems.
• Manage the matching of invoices to POs and ensure all required approval workflows are completed.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the AP aging report and ensure accuracy of general ledger coding.
• Act as the primary point of contact for supplier and employee queries regarding cash disbursements.
• Conduct supplier reconciliations and manage the month-end process for assigned legal entities.
• Assist with the implementation of Workday with super user responsibilities for AP and Purchasing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in accounts payable.
• Detailed knowledge of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, scaling business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Administration or Finance (desirable).

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Tipalti, NetSuite, and Workday.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
