Solutions Architect (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, New York) or Remote (must be authorized to work in the US)

Salary: $125K – $160K

What you will do

• Lead discovery and design of end-to-end payment, reconciliation, and ledger systems.
• Drive the onboarding process from initial solution design through to launch.
• Guide architecture decisions focusing on scalability, reliability, and system complexity.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across APIs and production systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Act as the voice of the customer by identifying product gaps and opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineer.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and system design.
• Ability to lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, and manage technical stakeholders.
• Experience using AI agents in a work environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience writing code or building applications.
• Background in fintech, payments, or financial systems.
• Familiarity with ledgering, reconciliation, or accounting concepts.
