Salary: $114,800 - $223,693 per year (depending on location)

What you will do

• Develop technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy, focusing on modernization and technical debt reduction.
• Design and present solution options, analyzing trade-offs for high-impact business value.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to uncover challenges and co-design architectural solutions.
• Monitor and report on the domain's technical health, maturity, and overall performance.
• Establish and support KPIs/OKRs to measure technological success.
• Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation according to enterprise standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 7 years of technical and strategic experience.
• Must be able to work within the Eastern Time zone.
• Experience with Cloud technologies and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, DevSecOps, and Containerization.

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
