Senior Data & AI Solutions Architect (Fintech): Designing and delivering enterprise data and artificial intelligence solutions across core business lines with an accent on bridging legacy mainframe systems with cloud and AI ecosystems. Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the US)
Salary: $153,000 - $260,000

What you will do
- Define and govern enterprise Data & AI architecture across legacy, cloud, and AI-native platforms.
- Architect hybrid data integration involving mainframe, DB2, Snowflake, Postgres, and event streaming.
- Design and deliver LLM and agentic AI solutions using Snowflake Cortex, Azure AI Foundry, and orchestration frameworks.
- Establish RAG, vector database, and embedding strategies for enterprise research and analytics.
- Coordinate the continual modernization of ETL and Lakehouse architecture and ensure Snowflake governance (RBAC, encryption).
- Act as the lead technical advisor for business, risk, compliance, legal, and information security teams.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States is required; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- 12+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in life insurance, annuities, or investments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, including Snowpark and Cortex.
- 3+ years of experience delivering production LLM/GenAI solutions (RAG, agents, fine-tuning).
- Proven experience with legacy-to-cloud data migration involving IBM DB2 or equivalent mainframe systems.
