TL;DR
Integration Architect (Fintech): Designing and delivering partner integration solutions with an accent on API contracts, onboarding automation, and end-to-end solution design. Location: Must be based in the US and reside near a Hub to allow for periodic in-person engagement.
Salary: $115,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do
- Architect end-to-end partner integration solutions, including API contracts, error handling, and observability.
- Develop reusable playbooks, reference architectures, and standards to streamline the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to evaluate integration feasibility and provide high-level estimations.
- Drive the adoption of event-driven architectures (EDA) and asynchronous messaging patterns.
- Ensure all integrations comply with corporate security and reliability standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues via root cause analysis and implement durable fixes.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no sponsorship provided).
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in solution/integration architecture (or HS diploma with 8+ years).
- Minimum of 6 years of cross-functional application development experience.
- Experience with SOAP, REST, JSON, and XML based web services.
- Proficiency in cloud-native architecture and microservices ecosystems.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
Nice to have
- Experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
- Experience with Splunk for production support.
- Knowledge of Webhook-based integration models (signatures, idempotency, retries).
- Previous experience developing financial or banking applications.
