What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and account-based approaches to engage target accounts and qualify opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team.
  • Maintain CRM records and use sales tools, data enrichment, and AI for efficiency and personalization.
  • Develop deep product knowledge to deliver compelling information to prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine strategies, transition leads, and improve targeting.
  • Conduct market research on trends and competitors to enhance outreach and meet pipeline targets.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years in B2B SaaS sales as hunter-oriented SDR or BDR.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with resilience to handle rejections and goal-driven attitude.
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and opportunity assessment skills.
  • Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), outreach tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and enrichment platforms.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for research, personalization, and productivity.

Nice to have

  • Experience in scale-up or fast-growing environments.
  • Knowledge of HR tech, B2B SaaS, Generative AI, or data-driven models.
  • Collaborative team player open to feedback.
