What you will do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and account-based approaches to engage target accounts and qualify opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM records and use sales tools, data enrichment, and AI for efficiency and personalization.
- Develop deep product knowledge to deliver compelling information to prospects.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine strategies, transition leads, and improve targeting.
- Conduct market research on trends and competitors to enhance outreach and meet pipeline targets.
Requirements
- 3–4 years in B2B SaaS sales as hunter-oriented SDR or BDR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to engage senior stakeholders.
- Sales-oriented mindset with resilience to handle rejections and goal-driven attitude.
- Strong discovery, qualification, and opportunity assessment skills.
- Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), outreach tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and enrichment platforms.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for research, personalization, and productivity.
Nice to have
- Experience in scale-up or fast-growing environments.
- Knowledge of HR tech, B2B SaaS, Generative AI, or data-driven models.
