TL;DR

Director of Customer Success (AI/Robotics): Leading the post-sale customer lifecycle for the owners and operators portfolio with an accent on onboarding, growth, and retention. Location: Remote (USA). Must align with US time zones (PST–EST).

Salary: $170,000 – $230,000 base; $200,000 – $272,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Define the multi-year CS strategy and operating model for the Enterprise owners and operators portfolio.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing multi-tier CS organization, including managers and ICs.
  • Build and refine global playbooks to drive onboarding, time-to-value, and product adoption.
  • Partner with Sales on renewal strategy, coverage, and expansion planning.
  • Represent the voice of the customer with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
  • Optimize CS operations using health scores and AI-enabled tooling to reduce churn and increase NRR.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success with 4+ years leading people.
  • Proven success managing both high-touch and scaled/digital CS models.
  • Strong operational experience building playbooks and health-scoring frameworks.
  • High proficiency with CRM and CS tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Planhat.
  • Must align with US time zones (PST–EST) and be available for up to 20% business travel.
  • Ability to obtain FAA Part 107 certification (or equivalent) within the first 90 days.
