Salary: $180k - $200k OTE

What you will do

• Grow the client base in the Eastern US through relationship building from qualification to closing.
• Manage the pipeline by engaging leads and leading RFPs/RFIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Track prospecting activity in Salesforce to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
• Represent the company at industry events and track transit sector trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally in B2B SaaS or Intelligent Transportation Systems.
• Track record of exceeding goals and KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills for market trends, competitor analysis, and forecasting.
• Experience in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments.
• Flexibility to travel within North America and adaptability to global timelines.
