Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA) — must be in office at least three days per week
Salary: $222,000 — $342,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Develop and refine the AMER regional sales strategy in alignment with global goals to drive growth.
- Own the annual planning process, including organizational structure, headcount, territories, and quotas across AMER teams.
- Operationalize and optimize sales cadences, including QBRs, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
- Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights on sales performance and pipeline health.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and SDR/BDR teams to ensure regional alignment on operational cadences and initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the AMER Sales Strategy & Operations team to foster a culture of performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations or strategy with a proven track record in the AMER market.
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales performance analytics.
- Experience working with large datasets and making data-backed recommendations, preferably using Tableau.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams, including second-line leadership roles.
- Willingness to work in the San Francisco office at least three days per week.
