Location: Hybrid in Holmdel, New Jersey, United States (offices also in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Verona, Italy)
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead project management across planning, requirements, implementation, and closure phases for enterprise initiatives.
- Manage project plans, tasks, risks, timelines, and budgets while communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct vendor evaluations with business and technical teams to select optimal solutions.
- Facilitate team meetings, roadmap updates, standups, and postmortems to drive progress and improvements.
- Support rollout, documentation, training, and tool management for project deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, third-party consultants, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in project management at a SaaS company.
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall, PM tools like Jira and Smartsheets.
- Salesforce ecosystem experience highly desired.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and risk management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, influence stakeholders, and work in fast-paced environments.
