What you will do
- Lead complex financial institution transformations, including mergers, acquisitions, and platform migrations.
- Own and drive cross-functional project plans, managing key milestones and mitigating risks.
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and design P&L/resource allocation models.
- Evaluate and implement process improvement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate major technological and operational transitions, generating program health dashboards.
- Interface with high-profile clients to resolve technical and operational challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience (or advanced degree and 3+ years).
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
- Fluent written and oral English communication.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Lucid charts.
- Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Qualtrics, and PowerBI.
- Exposure to Project Management methodologies (PMP or PMI preferred).

- Prior experience with SharePoint.
