Salary: $108K – $140K + Equity

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of customers, leading onboarding and implementation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate customer needs into product feedback and roadmap decisions.
• Deliver business and technical reviews, including QBRs and post-mortems, to ensure operational excellence.
• Guide customers in designing, optimizing, and scaling payment systems, balancing performance and reliability.
• Identify opportunities to expand product usage and increase automation across customer workflows.
• Improve internal processes by leveraging AI tools to synthesize insights across the customer portfolio.

Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing technical roles such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in production environments.
• Background in fintech, payments, or financial systems (money movement, ledgering, reconciliation).
• Experience with SQL and BI tools for debugging and data analysis.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify)
