What you will do

• Execute high-volume outbound strategies to identify and acquire new business logos.
• Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to co-sell and drive incremental revenue.
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the designated book of business.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from initial discovery and technical validation to final contract negotiation.
• Develop and implement territory strategies to penetrate key accounts and expand the company footprint.
• Maintain a structured approach to quoting and forecasting to consistently meet quarterly targets.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Russian.
• 1–2+ years of experience in tech sales or business development.
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an acquisition-focused environment.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical stacks into business value.
• Strong time management and operational discipline to navigate internal processes.
