What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound strategies to identify and acquire new business logos.
- Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to co-sell and drive incremental revenue.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the designated book of business.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from initial discovery and technical validation to final contract negotiation.
- Develop and implement territory strategies to penetrate key accounts and expand the company footprint.
- Maintain a structured approach to quoting and forecasting to consistently meet quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Russian.
- 1–2+ years of experience in tech sales or business development.
- Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an acquisition-focused environment.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical stacks into business value.
- Strong time management and operational discipline to navigate internal processes.
