TL;DR

Partner Marketing Manager (LegalTech): Driving growth through the orchestration of partner communications and strategic co-marketing campaigns for Tier 1 ISV partners with an accent on demand generation and partner ecosystem engagement. Focus on optimizing the partner funnel, improving lead attribution, and executing high-impact flagship events like the Partner Impact Summit.

Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto (minimum twice per week in office)

Salary: $85,400 – $115,600 CAD

What you will do

  • Oversee global partner communication strategies, including newsletters and social amplification across NA, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Execute demand-generation activities such as joint webinars, "Partner Power Half Hours," and technical bootcamps.
  • Create "better together" marketing assets (case studies, demo scripts, battlecards) to support sales and partner enablement.
  • Manage the MDF program and the marketing strategy for the Partner Portal.
  • Lead flagship events, including the Partner Impact Summit and partner-focused programming at hirify.globalCon.
  • Maintain data hygiene for the partner referral pipeline and analyze performance against team OKRs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Demand Generation.
  • Strong analytical background with experience in CRM data hygiene and performance reporting.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable sales pipeline and referral growth.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the legal industry.
  • Experience working with a tiered partner ecosystem (e.g., Tier 1 strategic partners).
  • Proficiency with Asana, Excel, Salesforce, PRM tools, and WordPress.
