TL;DR

Content Marketing Manager (Legal AI): Lead the editorial direction and content strategy for a legal AI platform, shaping thought leadership, demand gen, and storytelling with an accent on complex legal and AI topics. Focus on setting content agendas, managing cross-channel execution, and driving brand credibility and pipeline impact.

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Remote role, or hybrid (in-office Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) if within 50 miles of San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT offices.

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 (US-based).

What you will do

  • Set and own content strategy aligned with GTM priorities and industry trends.
  • Deliver balanced content mix: long-form (white papers), short-form (blogs, LinkedIn), and campaign assets (email, ads).
  • Lead editorial calendar, contributor management, and cross-channel distribution for maximum impact.
  • Oversee sponsored content, partnerships, podcast strategy, web/SEO, and PR agency relations.
  • Track KPIs, run A/B tests, and manage editorial workflows and team as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Legal background; attorneys encouraged to apply.
  • 8+ years in content marketing for B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record scaling content strategies driving brand authority and pipeline.
  • Exceptional writing/editing skills, editorial instincts, and SEO familiarity.
  • Experience managing contributors, juggling stakeholders, and partnering with sales/product/PR.

Nice to have

  • Executive ghostwriting, AI/ML content, or publishing in legal/regulated industries.
