TL;DR
Client Success Manager (Fintech): Onboarding and educating newly acquired B2B clients on the financial operations platform with an accent on implementation and product adoption. Focus on resolving implementation barriers, integrating accounting software, and optimizing business money management workflows.
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days from Edmonton or Toronto offices, Canada)
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 CAD

What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless client handoff to the implementation phase.
- Collaborate with clients to understand workflows and remove barriers to implementation.
- Educate and train users on the platform and specific services like FX and Spend Management.
- Configure product setups, including accounting platform syncs and file transfers.
- Maintain accurate client records within Salesforce.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to improve the overall client experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or project implementation within SaaS, B2B, or payments.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
- Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Proven ability to manage projects successfully and in a timely manner.
- Experience selling to finance leaders, CPAs, accounting firms, and the banking sector.
- Must be based in Canada (able to work from Edmonton or Toronto offices).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of FinTech and Payments.
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks.
