Location: Remote (USA) or Hybrid (Calgary or Toronto, Canada)
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 USD or $75,000 - $95,000 CAD

What you will do
- Strategically manage a portfolio of ~125 municipal clients to ensure continuous value, retention, and long-term success.
- Act as a trusted advisor on Budget Cycle Management suite and municipal finance best practices.
- Lead annual account planning and performance reviews to align on goals and expansion opportunities.
- Drive subscription renewals and identify cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client needs and develop success stories and case studies.
- Maintain accurate internal records and client data using Salesforce and ChurnZero.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (for remote) or Canada (Hybrid in Calgary/Toronto).
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or a client-facing relationship management role.
- Background in finance or accounting (1+ year of experience or a Bachelor’s degree).
- Proven track record of managing portfolios of 100–125 clients.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, ChurnZero, and Salesforce.
