TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA) or Hybrid (Calgary or Toronto, Canada)

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 USD or $75,000 - $95,000 CAD

hirify.global is a venture-funded SaaS company providing planning, budgeting, and financial reporting software for local governments.

What you will do

  • Strategically manage a portfolio of ~125 municipal clients to ensure continuous value, retention, and long-term success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Budget Cycle Management suite and municipal finance best practices.
  • Lead annual account planning and performance reviews to align on goals and expansion opportunities.
  • Drive subscription renewals and identify cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client needs and develop success stories and case studies.
  • Maintain accurate internal records and client data using Salesforce and ChurnZero.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (for remote) or Canada (Hybrid in Calgary/Toronto).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or a client-facing relationship management role.
  • Background in finance or accounting (1+ year of experience or a Bachelor’s degree).
  • Proven track record of managing portfolios of 100–125 clients.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, ChurnZero, and Salesforce.

  • Experience working with local governments, municipalities, or school districts.
