What you will do

• Support development and delivery of regional field marketing plans, campaigns, and partnerships aligned with North American priorities.
• Plan and execute field events including trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and virtual campaigns with vendors and internal teams.
• Partner with sales to provide marketing assets, collateral, and resources for prospect engagement and deal progression.
• Collaborate on lead generation campaigns, track performance, and report on effectiveness to generate pipeline for North America sales.
• Collect and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor data to shape strategies.
• Manage marketing swag inventory, logistics, vendor relationships, and ensure brand alignment in materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure physical and virtual events
• Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM)
• Proficient with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation (e.g., Marketo); ability to analyze campaign data
• Thrive in fast-paced startup environment with strong project management and "inbox zero" mentality
