What you will do
- Prospect and nurture large named accounts within the US market to drive growth.
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle from initial concept and technical requirements to implementation and paid conversion.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to increase product awareness and relay customer feedback for feature requests.
- Develop outreach strategies and refine engagement scripts to optimize the customer journey.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account data using an in-house CRM.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a closing role within SaaS or B2B technology companies.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proven track record in new business development, including prospecting and cold calling.
- Deep knowledge of the CRM industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity and a proactive approach to ownership.
- Ability to execute strategic sales plans aligned with market trends and company objectives.
